Are you based in Rockledge only?

Our shop is based in Rockledge, but our service area extends across the listed Brevard communities, including Melbourne, Titusville, Cocoa, Port St. John, Merritt Island, Suntree, Viera, West Melbourne and Palm Bay.

How do I get a free pool-service estimate?

Use the Free Estimate form with your name, service address, phone number and email. Choose the help you need and add a short description of your pool. You can also call 321-471-8883.

How much does pool service cost?

Pricing depends on pool size, condition, equipment, visit frequency and the work included. A pool needing an initial cleanup can have different needs from a pool already on a regular routine. Request a free estimate for your pool.

Is Crown Pools licensed and insured?

Yes. Crown Pools is fully licensed and insured. We are also veteran and first responder owned and operated.

Can I contact Crown Pools if I already have another pool company?

Yes. Request an estimate and tell us what you are looking for in a new service plan. Review any existing agreement and coordinate access and timing before a change of service.

Can I use the form for a general question?

Yes. Choose General Inquiry in the form and tell us what you need. For a service estimate, include your address and the type of pool help you are looking for.

Everyday Pool Care

What does routine pool care include?

Routine care addresses debris removal, brushing, vacuuming every visit, baskets, water testing and chemical balance, with attention to filtration and circulation. We discuss the exact scope and frequency for your pool before service begins.

How often should my pool be serviced?

Many Florida pools benefit from weekly attention. The right routine depends on pool use, landscaping, screening, weather and equipment. We can discuss visit frequency and what your pool needs between visits.

Are chemicals and filter cleaning included in the price?

Your estimate should make the service scope clear. Ask us to confirm chemical coverage, filter-cleaning frequency, salt-cell care and any separately priced work before starting a plan.

Does a screened pool need the same care as an open pool?

Both need water testing, cleaning and filtration care. An open pool may collect more leaves and debris, while a screened pool can still develop buildup or changing water conditions. The care plan should fit the actual pool.

Do I need to be home for pool service?

Let us know about gates, pets, locks and equipment access when arranging service. We can discuss access instructions and whether someone needs to be present for the first visit or a specific issue.

What should I have ready before the first visit?

Provide your address, contact details, pool type if known, and a description of any water or equipment concerns. Share gate and access instructions and secure pets away from the work area.

Does a saltwater pool still need regular maintenance?

Yes. A salt system produces chlorine, but the pool still needs cleaning, water testing, filtration and attention to the salt cell. Saltwater does not mean maintenance-free.

Does my pool still need care during rainy weather?

Yes. Rain and wind can bring debris and change water conditions. Your pool may need testing, cleaning or filtration attention after bad weather. Contact us about its condition and any scheduling questions.

Does a Florida pool need care in cooler months?

Yes. Cooler weather can reduce swimming, but water chemistry, debris and circulation still need attention. The routine should reflect the season and how the pool is being used.

Green Pools & Algae

Can Crown Pools help with a green pool?

Yes. Crown Pools offers Green-to-Clean treatments and algae treatment. Tell us how long the issue has been present, whether the pump is running and any changes you have noticed. See our real before-and-after photos on the Green-to-Clean page.

How long does a Green-to-Clean treatment take?

There is no single timeline for every pool. Water condition, algae, debris, filtration and equipment operation all affect the process. We assess the pool and discuss a plan rather than promise the same turnaround for every situation.

Why is my pool cloudy even when the water is blue?

Cloudiness can involve filtration, circulation, water balance, fine particles or a combination of factors. Appearance alone does not identify the cause. Share photos and equipment details so we can discuss the next step.

Will my green pool need to be drained?

A green pool does not automatically need draining. The decision depends on water condition, equipment, the pool surface and other site conditions. Have the pool assessed before deciding on major water removal.

Is algae treatment the same as stain removal?

No. Algae, mineral deposits and surface staining can look similar but require different approaches. Tell us where you see the discoloration and how long it has been there so we can discuss assessment and suitable treatment.

What happens after a Green-to-Clean treatment?

Once the immediate problem is addressed, an ongoing cleaning and water-care routine helps keep conditions from slipping again. We can discuss maintenance, filtration needs and any equipment concerns identified during treatment.

When can I use my pool after treatment?

Follow the technician’s guidance and the treatment-product directions. Timing depends on the work performed and the water readings. A change from green to clear is not, by itself, confirmation that the pool is ready to use.

Equipment & Commercial Care

What if my pump, filter or salt system is not working properly?

Describe the equipment, any warning messages, visible leaks, unusual sounds or changes in water flow. We can discuss the issue and confirm the service available for your particular system.

Are equipment repairs automatically part of a cleaning plan?

Do not assume repair work or replacement parts are included in routine cleaning. Discuss the issue and have the work, availability and pricing confirmed separately before proceeding.

Do you service commercial and shared pools?

Yes. Crown Pools offers commercial pool services and is fully licensed and insured. Share the property address, pool type, usage and service requirements when you request an estimate.

What information is useful for a commercial pool estimate?

Include the property name, service address, your contact details, pool and spa details, approximate usage and preferred service frequency. Tell us about any immediate water or equipment concerns.

How is a shared pool’s service schedule decided?

A shared pool can have different use patterns from a home pool. Scheduling should account for usage, pool size, equipment and the property’s operating requirements. Discuss those needs as part of the commercial estimate.
