Pool cared for by Crown Pools

Test first.
Then make a plan.

Pool water responds to heat, rain and swimming. Testing provides a starting point for discussing chlorine, pH and other relevant water readings rather than judging by appearance.

Saltwater pools still need care.

A salt chlorinator generates chlorine. It does not remove debris, clean the pool's surfaces or replace filtration and water testing.

Does a saltwater pool still need regular maintenance?

Yes. A salt system produces chlorine, but the pool still needs cleaning, water testing, filtration and attention to the salt cell. Saltwater does not mean maintenance-free.

Why is my pool cloudy even when the water is blue?

Cloudiness can involve filtration, circulation, water balance, fine particles or a combination of factors. Appearance alone does not identify the cause. Share photos and equipment details so we can discuss the next step.

Does my pool still need care during rainy weather?

Yes. Rain and wind can bring debris and change water conditions. Your pool may need testing, cleaning or filtration attention after bad weather. Contact us about its condition and any scheduling questions.

Does a Florida pool need care in cooler months?

Yes. Cooler weather can reduce swimming, but water chemistry, debris and circulation still need attention. The routine should reflect the season and how the pool is being used.

What if my pump, filter or salt system is not working properly?

Describe the equipment, any warning messages, visible leaks, unusual sounds or changes in water flow. We can discuss the issue and confirm the service available for your particular system.

Are equipment repairs automatically part of a cleaning plan?

Do not assume repair work or replacement parts are included in routine cleaning. Discuss the issue and have the work, availability and pricing confirmed separately before proceeding.
